Hi, my name is Travis, I live in the USA, and I am very passionate about food and travel.   I have created this blog to share some great recipes I have collected or developed in my kitchen and some information and pictures about travelling and culture.    I have had the opportunity to travel often and have gathered quite a bit of knowledge about international

cuisine and different cultures around the world.   My favorite country I have visited is India.

The cuisine of India is so diverse and I have discovered an endless variety of dishes to explore and learn to prepare.

I have developed my own versions of different dishes based on what I have tasted in  restaurants and

people's homes both in the USA and in other countries.

 

In this blog you will find a variety of my favorite recipes or new dishes I have created in my kitchen.

You will find plenty of Indian recipes as well as a variety of other dishes.   I enjoy preparing Latin American, Brazilian,

Japanese, Thai, Italian, Chinese, and American Cuisine, just to list a few.

There are also galleries of photos I have taken on many exciting trips around the world.
