Niagara Falls, Canada

Although this site is fairly near to home, I had not ever visited as a child, as most of my friends had done.

Definitely the largest, and most impressive waterfalls I have seen so far!    I visited the Canadian side, as I heard the better view was from that side.

There were some great places to dine from above, including the Skylon Tower, with great views of the falls.   There was even a man who walked a

high wire from the Skylon Tower to a nearby hotel.    I visited in August, so temperatures were warm and gardens were in full bloom.    

Also had the familiar ride on the "Maid of the Mist".
