Cape Cod, Massachusetts

The cape and islands of Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard are some of my favorite destinations in New England during the summertime.

I love the sun and a great beach.    There are many beautiful beaches to explore at this destination.   Although the water temperatures are always

quite cold, it's pretty refreshing to swim in the ocean in late summer.     Easily accessible by car or ferry, I always enjoy taking a small plane

from Boston to one of the islands or Provincetown.     One can find the best fudge and ice cream here.   They always seem to come up with new creative

flavors each year!!     There are plenty of fun restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, including sushi and fresh New England seafood.

Shopping is great especially in Provincetown.   There are many fun stores and art galleries along Commercial Street.
