This is a thick Indian-style smoothie made with yogurt, milk, and mango.
I like it really cold, so I add ice. It's a great compliment to spicy curry, but also a refreshing drink on its own.

The best type of mango pulp to use for this drink is Alphonso mango pulp. It is the sweetest, and
has the best mango flavor:

Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup Alphonso mango pulp
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1-2 tsp. sugar
1 ice cube
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more sugar if you
like it sweet. Serve in a tall glass.
