I just returned from a trip on a cruise ship and this was one of the signature desserts on the ship.

I had a great tour of the ship and how it operates, and they gave us this recipe at the end of the tour.

It was a definite favorite at my table, and goes really well with a few scoops of vanilla ice cream.

I baked it a few minutes less than was called for. Just make sure it doesn't bake all the way through.

It needs to be soft and runny in the middle. A kitchen scale will be needed to measure the ingredients.

Ingredients:

6 oz. Dark Chocolate

6 oz. Butter

4 Eggs

6 oz. Sugar

2 oz. Flour

Method:

-Melt the chocolate and butter.

-Mix the eggs and sugar and whisk for a few minutes.

-Add the flour.

-Add the egg mix to the melted chocolate and mix.

-Pour the mix into ramekins. (Makes 4 8oz. ramekins)

-Bake directly in the oven at 390 degrees F. for 14 minutes.

Note: Make sure that the eggs are at room temperature and the chocolate is warm

enough while making the mixture.

Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
